There are pressing issues today that threaten our families, our values and the middle class. We can no longer act like we are all separate islands, that our actions or lack thereof do not affect others around us. Our nation was formed by strong individuals working together for the betterment of all. It is the respect for the individual and the strength of all working together that will sustain our nation. We need to vote for people who will act courageously and speak not to our fears, but to our hopes.
